Childersburg/Vincent Housing Authority is two separate housing authorities that operate under one umbrella. Each housing authority is governed by its own board consisting of 5 members. The board of Commissioners works closely with the Executive director and staff to create policies and procedures that serve the best interest of the Housing Authority and all our families. Childersburg Housing Board meetings are held on the last Tuesday of each quarter. The meetings are held at the Childersburg Housing Authority- Central Office. The VHA board meetings are held the second Tuesday of each quarter. All board meetings are open to the public and notification of each meeting is posted in the lobby of the rental office located at 250 6th SW Childersburg, AL 35044.
